  • A black bear falls from a tree in the median of the Route 29 in Albermarle County near Charlottesville, Va. on Thursday, April 11, 2002 after being tranquilized by wildlife officials. The bear was first hit by a car Wednesday evening and was eventually captured by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.
